City Ridge

Home to four distinctive residential buildings, a social club, office space, Industrious co-working, and retail anchors like Wegmans, Equinox, and KinderCare, this massive, mixed-use development in Northwest DC promises residents “spectacular city living, simplified.”

It now commands some of the highest rents in the entire city.

I worked with strategists, designers, and the client team to the buildings and spaces on-site. I also developed differentiated messaging platforms for each offering, creating distinctive verbal characteristics that would appeal to a wide swath of potential renters. Using these messaging guides, I also executed copywriting across all deliverables, including a beautiful custom brochure.
